P3 Character Profile
Character: Unicorn
Name: Rosie
Age: 24
Clothing: she is white and has stars on her
Nationality/region: In a small village in a Kingdom of Wonderland (sky). Rosie lives in a palace with the rest of her family. Their family inheritance is being passed down the family, Rosie and her sister, Sofia are next in line to take over. Sofia is 27 years old she is 3 years older so she has a bigger chance of winning.
Likes/dislikes: She is very strong minded and hard working, she loves caring for other people. Rosie takes good care of everyone around her, she wants to become a role model for people.
Rosie hates the fact that she might have to loose her crown to someone else because she is prepared to take over. She wanted to help every family have everything they are in need of. Rosie is scared of her sister Sofia talking over because she has never showed any interest in becoming the new queen.

Narrative/Story
The story is about two sister who are being chosen to take over the palace and look after the town/village. The show will be about how the who sisters Rosie and Sofia are fighting to get their place to become a queen. Their family is testing them throughout the process of 3 months to see who will be a better leader and who is more caring. Rosie is the younger sister who has been interested in becoming a queen sis very little, she takes her own time in going out and speaking to the public, fighting for their rights. Sofia, is the older sister who has taken much interest in becoming next in line because she thought she was safe however, she wants to be seen as a leader and tell everyone what to do. The family should be choosing Sofia next in like however they have seen that Sofia is not interested so they are making her fight for the crown against Rosie.
Throughout each episode we will see real problems being thrown at them e.g. people trying to take over the palace, villains and causing problems, riots within the public.
What the two sisters don't know is that they are both being chosen to be next in line.

Equipment
The equipment we used for our project was all on a computer. We used a Mac to get access to all the software e.g Illustrator, After Effects. In Illustrator as a group we created all the assets (hands,head, legs,body, backgrounds) and put them together to make the character or the back plates. After Effects was used to make the full character to move or the back plates to zoom in. After Effects was mainly used for the the animation to be put together and animate it. For audio we used microphones to record dialogue or any sounds.
Resources
Resources we had were classrooms where all the Macs are, or classrooms that were empty for audio recordings. The teachers and people in the class helped us with any issues we had throughout the project, and youtube helped us with tutorials for animation.
Personnel
The people in the project were Charlie, Connie and Reni. Charlie is the director so he will be in charge of how the whole outlook of the animation and the story. Connie is a producer, she will make sure all the paperwork and assets are ready and done. Reni is an art director, checking if everything was done and creating the after effects files.
Timescales
All together we had a month to complete all the work. Within that time we had to make sure that on the day of the deadline we have exported and got feedback for our animation.
Contingency Plan
If anything does wrong e.g. we loose files, animation does not work, characters don't look how we want or we run out of time. We have teachers that will help us if any assets or characters don't look good. The group will make sure that we send each other what we have done at the end of each lesson and upload it on Trello. In case we run out of time for 3 minutes of animation, we are allowed to submit 2min, as a group we can come back in our spare time to finish the work.
